I made these baby shoes for a present. (I have also made two more, one set in green and another in blue - lots of babies in my life at the moment!) I think they are utterly gorgeous and were relatively easy to create - just a little fiddly at points.
You can also add felt to them if you want for the soles but I figured that the babies I was going to be gifting these to would not be walking in them and would wear socks as well so it was unnecessary.

When I gave them as a gift I stuffed them with tissue paper as without little feet in them they do not look anywhere near as cute as they do filled out.
